Adrian's DeFi Alpha Live briefing · Aug 6 · 19:00 CET

First live briefing · Cycles / Flows / Fundamentals

The Q3 crypto market, mapped in one hour.

You leave with the 5 sectors that actually move this quarter, each marked focus / watch / skip, the reasoning behind every call, and a five-question checklist to run your own positions through. Live, in plain English, with 30 minutes for your questions.

60 min briefing + 30 min open Q&A · 20 seats · Replay, slides & map included

Can't make it live? The replay and the map are included with your ticket.

The problem

You have money in this market and limited hours. Crypto information comes in exactly two flavors: influencers screaming price targets, and research so deep in jargon you'd need a week to decode it.

Meanwhile the questions you actually have are simple. Where are we in the cycle? Is this rally new money or just leverage? Which of the 50 narratives this quarter deserves ten minutes of your attention, and which deserve zero?

On August 6 I'll answer those three questions, live, in plain English. One hour, one map, your questions at the end. The map covers the 5 sectors that actually move money this quarter. Not an A-to-Z of everything with a ticker, the ones that matter, each marked focus, watch or skip, with the reason behind the call.

How the hour runs

00–20 MIN
Cycles

Where we actually are in the cycle, and which indicators say so. This sets the risk backdrop the whole map hangs on.

You can place Q3 on the cycle yourself, and say which indicators put it there.

20–40 MIN
Flows

Where capital is moving right now: stablecoins, ETFs, chains. This tags the sectors that have real money behind them.

Every sector with money behind it is now marked on the map.

40–60 MIN
Fundamentals

Which protocols earn real fees, and which just print tokens. This tags the rest of the map.

All 5 sectors are marked focus, watch or skip, and every call has a reason.

60–90 MIN
Open Q&A

Bring your hardest question. That's what this part is for.

Who's running this

I used to build crypto custody for banks. Now I explain this market to the people invested in it.

I'm Adrian. Before I wrote a single newsletter, I worked as a consultant on regulated crypto custody projects with major banks in Europe and Asia. That's the unglamorous side of this industry, where the question is never "which coin pumps" but "how do we not lose the assets."

Six years of market research later, I write Adrian's DeFi Alpha and have contributed to Milk Road. I've taught this material live in workshops, and the feedback is the same every time: the complicated stuff finally makes sense.

The sorting method I use is the same one behind the free letter: every asset, every narrative, every quarter gets read through three lenses: cycles, flows, fundamentals. Written down, that's a newsletter. Live, on one board, with your questions, it becomes the Market Map. This is the first time I'm doing it as a paid session, which is why the ticket costs less than dinner.

The price

$49 Pilot pricing: the next briefing won't be

Paid crypto research runs $30–50 a month and still leaves the sorting to you. This session is $49 because it's the first one, and the people in the room help me shape the format. The price goes up once the format has proven itself.

The room is capped at 20 so the Q&A stays worth attending. With 200 people in a call, nobody's question gets answered properly.

Questions

What exactly am I buying?

A live 90-minute session on August 6 (60 min briefing + 30 min Q&A), the Q3 Market Map (one page, 5 sectors marked focus, watch or skip), the full slide deck, the replay, and a 5-question checklist for your own positions. $49 once. No subscription. The room is capped at 20.

Is this investment advice?

No. This is educational market analysis. I won't tell you what to buy or sell, and there are no personalized recommendations. I show you how I read the market's structure. The decisions stay yours.

I can't make it live. Worth buying anyway?

Yes. The replay, slides, and map go to every buyer within 24 hours. You can also send me your question in advance and I'll take it into the Q&A.

Who is this for, and who is it not for?

It's for investors who want this market explained in plain English, with structure instead of hot takes. It's not for traders looking for entries, exits, or signals. If that's what you want, skip this one. You'd be disappointed, and I'd rather keep the room right.
