The short version
This is a personal portfolio site run by an individual, not a company. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, uses no tracking or advertising tools, and has no database. It collects nothing about you directly, and there is nothing to sell or share. The one exception is the event page, which loads a testimonial widget and links to a payment provider. That is described below.

Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify. Like every web host, Netlify automatically records standard technical information when a page is requested: IP address, time of request, the file requested, referring URL, browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure, and it is handled under Netlify's own privacy terms. I do not use that data to identify or profile visitors. For visitors in the EU/EEA, the legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The contact form
The form on the home page sends nothing to a server. It opens your own email client with a pre-filled message, which you then choose to send or discard. Anything you send travels through your own email provider.
If you do email me, I process what you write (your name, email address and message) to reply and, where relevant, to discuss working together. I keep that correspondence only as long as it is useful for the conversation.
External links
This site links out to X, LinkedIn, YouTube and Substack. Once you follow a link you leave this site, and the operator of that platform is responsible for your data there. Nothing from those platforms is embedded here, so loading a page does not send anything to them.
The event page and payment
The live briefing page at /events/q3-briefing differs from the rest of the site in two ways.
It loads a testimonial widget from Senja to display quotes from past workshops. That widget is served by Senja and, like any embedded script, your browser contacts their servers to load it. Their privacy terms apply to that request. If you would rather avoid it, a content blocker will stop the widget without breaking the page.
Tickets are sold through Stripe. Clicking the ticket button sends you to Stripe's own checkout, where you enter your payment details directly with them. I never see or store your card data. Stripe passes me the information needed to deliver what you bought, such as your email address and the fact that you purchased. Stripe's own privacy terms apply to the checkout.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict how it is used, or to object to its use. For visitors in the EU/EEA these rights come from Articles 15 to 21 GDPR, and you can also complain to a supervisory authority. In practice, the only personal data I would ever hold is an email you chose to send me. Email me and I will act on it.
Security and changes
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. If it later adds analytics, a real form backend, embedded video or a newsletter signup, this page will be updated and a consent banner added where required.
